We are a small business that prides itself on customer service. We cater to your needs no matter how small.
I have been butchering for 14 years. I did my apprenticeship in NZ before heading overseas, where I gained experience in different cuts of meat and styles of preparing meat.
I have prepared meat for celebrity chefs around the world, so I can cut anything mentioned in their cookbook recipes.
We cater for anything from everday cooking, BBQs to supplying restaurants, work functions and also do corporate gift packs.
We are a small team based in Auckland. We sell from a few Farmers Markets including Howick. We take online orders for all other locations so feel free to send us an email!
