For some tasty Lamb Racks & Delicious Spare Pork Ribs

Spare Ribs Cooking Instructions

You will need:

Roasting tray

Non-stick baking paper

Tin foil

1. Pre-heat oven to 190⁰C

2. Line roasting tray with baking paper

3. Place ribs side by side in tray and pour excess sauce over the ribs

4. Cover tray with tin foil

5. Place in pre-heated oven for 30 mins

6. Remove tray from oven and remove tin foil

7. Place tray back in oven for +/- 15 mins until crisp.
